Landscaping for Military Bases and Federal Facilities

Federal grounds work comes with access rules, paperwork and schedules that do not bend. We are set up to handle them.

A significant portion of our larger landscape construction and sod installation projects takes place on military installations. Lawton is a military town, and our home base is next to Fort Sill. 4-D Landscape has also completed work in five states (Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Virginia and North Carolina), including major military base projects.

Those projects demand tight schedules, coordination with general contractors, and substantial manpower, equipment and materials. We have the experience, equipment and workforce to deliver them.

Installation work means gate access, vehicle checks, working-hour limits and sometimes security vetting for crews. We plan around all of it, and we make it simple for a contracting officer or facilities manager to see exactly what we are doing and when.

  1. Step 01

    Access and credentials

We work with your access office on badging, vehicle passes and escort rules. Crew lists and equipment are submitted ahead of time so a job is never held at the gate.

  2. Step 02

    Clear paperwork

Insurance certificates, safety documentation and scope submissions are prepared up front. Our capability statement summarizes who we are and what we can do on one page.

  3. Step 03

    Work around the mission

Training, ceremonies and unit schedules come first. We confirm the calendar with your point of contact and adjust visits to fit.
