Our Family Story
Family-owned and operated. From your everyday mowing, to landscape improvements, to large-scale military and commercial projects.
The story behind the name, the four Daniels
The 4 Daniels
The name 4-D stands for the 4 Daniels.
- Daniel Kay El Kouri
- Daniel Abraham El Kouri
- Joseph Daniel El Kouri
- John Paul Daniel El Kouri
Since 1990, Daniel has built 4-D one yard, one project at a time, growing a small lawn and landscaping business into the company it is today. Now he gets to do the work alongside his three sons, and he counts that as one of the greatest blessings of his life.
Daniel will tell you plainly: Jesus is Lord, and everything 4-D has comes from God's blessing and faithful stewardship. He is grateful for the chance to provide for his family and to serve so many people across Southwest Oklahoma and beyond. For the El Kouri family, every lawn, sprinkler and job site is a way to serve others.
4-D Landscape and Irrigation is a family-owned and operated landscape and irrigation contractor based in Southwest Oklahoma. We have the experience, equipment and workforce for projects of all sizes, and a significant portion of our larger landscape construction and sod installation work takes place on military installations.
The size of the job should not determine the quality of the work. From a single irrigation repair to a major military construction project, 4-D is ready to get the job done.
The value and integrity of our family business is handed down to each generation, and maintaining that heritage is key to our continuing success.
4-D Landscape began business in 1990 when Danny El Kouri purchased the landscaping business from Ramon John of Ramon’s Flowers of Lawton, Oklahoma. Hugh Payne, formerly of Modern Landscape, joined Ramon’s in 1988 and added his years of knowledge and experience to the team.
We began with 5 employees, and today our crews take on jobs of every size in the Lawton and Fort Sill area.

Letters from our clients
From people who know us
It is my pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Danny Elkouri. I have known Danny Elkouri for several years and have the opportunity to observe his character in many different venues. I have found in him to be a man of integrity. He possesses quality characteristics that compel me to write a letter of recommendation/satisfaction for Danny and his company 4-D Lawn and Landscape Company. I have found him to be trustworthy, reliable and faithful in all that he does. Our church is located on a very busy intersection in Lawton, OK. I have people commenting often on the beauty of the church grounds. Danny and his employees are always very punctual, and they go over and beyond to give our property the care and detail that we appreciate so much. Our property has never looked better. They have provided great landscaping ideas, design and finishing touches to complement our entire campus. It is evident that Danny Elkouri demonstrates a high level of leadership among his employees. They are very courteous, conscious and dependable. I highly recommend Danny Elkouri and 4-D Lawn and Landscape Company. You will find them to be reputable, creative, and always going the 2nd mile to insure your satisfaction.
I have contracted 4-D Lawn and Landscaping for the past 13 years at my residence in Lawton, OK. I have found the company to be prompt and efficient in all their work. I also have found them to be extremely quick to help us out when we had storm damage in the past.
I have owned my own home building business in Lawton for over 20 years. I have used 4-D on numerous projects over the years. They are very reasonable, prompt, reliable and professional in every aspect concerning their work. I have used 4-D on my sod work for the past 6 years and by far they do the best work of anyone in town. I have been completely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them for any job you may have.
